VERY busy week this week. I was in Bolton to attend the Bolton Wanderers' Player of the Year Awards night at the Reebok Stadium where I was presenting an award for Sam Allardyce's best "bleep".

It was a brilliant night. I went with my brother and some mates, and I met loads of great people many of whom came up to say hello -- it's always nice to meet everyone.

Also, while I was in Bolton I went to visit my old primary school and to chat to some of the children there. I really enjoyed it and it was wonderful meeting my old headmaster and old class teacher.

But, no rest for the wicked, and it was back to work in London where I interviewed the original "bat-man", Ozzy Osborne (above). What a great bloke. We chatted about his MTV fly-on-the-wall documentary show which is going down a storm in America. It's about the day-to-day life of him and his family. Everybody is completely hooked on the programme and Ozzy tells me he loves every minute of it and he is really not as "batty" as everyone thinks. (Sorry, I couldn't resist that pun).

I also got the chance to go to a preview showing of the new Star Wars film. Marks out of 10? I'd say six. I am also interviewing the cast of the film but sadly, for all you ladies out there, I won't be chatting to Ewan McGregor.

That's all for this week I'm off to the pub now for a well-deserved drink. See you next week.
