A MAN arrested for breaching the peace during a domestic argument appeared before magistrates.
John Rushworth, aged 44, was arrested when police attended a 999 call at his address in Radcliffe Road, Bolton.
Magistrates heard how a computer and DVD player had been smashed during a family argument between Rushworth, his wife and their two daughters.
The defendant was arrested and spent the night in a cell. He was bound over to keep the peace for 12 months, in the sum of £100.
