A COUPLE from Tottington are looking forward to relaxing in the Queen's back garden with a bottle of bubbly.
Judith and Paul Kelly are among 7,000 lucky people who have won tickets for the Golden Jubilee pop concert in the grounds of Buckingham Palace on June 3.
A staggering two million people applied for the free tickets for the concert, which will include performances by Eric Clapton, Tom Jones, The Corrs, Elton John, Cliff Richard, Shirley Bassey and newcomer Will Young.
Mother-of-one Judith, of Holly Street, was convinced they would be successful and never doubted that a letter would arrive from the Queen inviting them to the event despite the huge demand for tickets.
The 35-year-old, who is five months pregnant, said: "I cannot wait to go.
"I just knew our names were going to be chosen even though people kept saying I shouldn't bank on it.
"I've never been to Buckingham Palace before and I'm determined to see the Queen."
The Queen, who is going to light a beacon at the end of the concert, will be joined by the rest of the Royal Family for the event which will be televised on the BBC.
