THE bodies of 34 children who underwent post-mortem examinations at Alder Hey have had organs kept without their parents' knowledge, it has been claimed.
The BBC said it happened at the Liverpool hospital months after bosses said it had stopped retaining organs.
Alder Hey Hospital said material needed to be kept for post-mortem examinations.
