A BLACKROD Church is asking people to check with their local football teams to see if they are using or selling child friendly kits and merchandise.
Parishioners at St Katharine's at Scot Lane End, have joined the campaign started by the Delhi-based organisation, Global March Against Child Labour, who are fighting against the use of equipment produced through child labour.
FIFA is already committed to using balls that have not been made in this way but balls and kits could be made by children as young as six or seven.
