A PRIVATE Christian school in Liverpool is taking its fight for the right to smack pupils with parents' consent to the Court of Appeal in London.
The Christian Fellowship School had a plea for a judicial review of legislation banning corporal punishment rejected by the High Court last year.
It is asking whether the law should apply to independent schools.
