MANCHESTER Airport has recruited a 43-strong team of roving ambassadors.
The Customer Service Advisers work closely with partners such as airlines, handlers and retailers.
Key tasks include supplying up-to-the-minute flight information, dealing with emergencies -- such as illness, lost children or building evacuations -- soothing the jangled nerves of anxious passengers and round-the-clock checks to make sure the airport's terminals are kept clean, tidy and serviceable.
