Band name: Fallinline
Line-up: Robert Mchugh (guitars, vocals), James Mchugh (bass), Daniel Finch (drums)
History: Fallinline was formed by three members of the punk band Ideas of Destruction when they split last September. Finch, Jimi and Rob wrote some fresh material. Fallinline played their first gig on February 6 at their school hall in front of 400 people. A week later they started recording their debut EP, out last week on Team Hifi Records.
Style: Mostly pop-punk with some emo
Influences: Blink 182, New Found Glory, The Ataris, Alkaline Trio, Pennywise, Jimmy Eat World
Band/artist you would most like to support: Pennywise
If you could cover one song, what would it be? Alien by Pennywise (it's in our set!)
Ambitions for the year: Put out an album on Team Hifi Records. We're also planning a mini North-west tour.
Wildest dreams: Tour America
Why should we come and see you? Because the UK punk scene needs as much support as it can get!
Fallinline will be playing with The Wet Fish Groovers next Friday at the Farnworth Vets Club for Pendlebury Children's Hospital. Band info at: www.teamhifi.co.uk
