A YOUNG mother-of-two who turned to prostitution to fuel her drug addiction was arrested twice in one day, a court was told.
Natalie Joanne Rigby, of Mancroft Avenue, Bolton, admitted at Bolton Magistrates Court yesterday to loitering with intent.
The 26-year-old was stopped and arrested by police in Breightmet Street, Bolton, at 3.40pm on Tuesday.
Officers spotted Rigby staring at motorists in passing cars and making suggestive physical gestures, the court heard.
She was arrested, charged and bailed. But just hours after being released from custody, Rigby was again caught attempting to stop vehicles in Breightmet Street.
Kerry Morgan, defending, said Rigby became addicted to heroin four years ago.
The court was told that Rigby was trying to quit her heroin habit and had arranged meetings with drug counsellors.
Rigby, unemployed, who has three previous similar convictions, was fined £50 with £50 court costs after pleading guilty to two charges of working as a prostitute.
