BOLTON'S Last Night of the Proms Concert takes place on Saturday, July 6, at the Victoria Hall.
The event is hosted by Bolton Hospice and celebrates its tenth anniversary as well as the Queen's Golden Jubilee.
Manchester's world famous Halle Orchestra will perform a variety of classic favourites including Land of Hope and Glory, Jerusalem and Rule Britannia. The orchestra will be conducted by Anthony Inglis.
The event marks the return of what has been a spectacular sell-out show in previous years.
The mix of live orchestral music combined with audience participation has traditionally provided an electric atmosphere. Sponsors of the event are Warburtons, TDG and The S Hodgkiss Charitable Trust.
Tickets -- £12, £10 concessions -- are available now from the Albert Hall ticket office on 01204 334400. All proceeds go to the Bolton Hospice.
