A WOMAN pleaded guilty to harassment after things got out of hand when she intervened in a dispute between her new boyfriend and his former partner.
Bury magistrates heard that Susan Isherwood, aged 44, decided that Ann McIlhargey was not being fair and that she did not give David Fisher, sufficient access to his eight-year-old son.
Over a four-month period, Mrs McIlhargey was bombarded with telephone calls from Isherwood. during which she claimed to be "connected" and that she would have Mrs McIlhargey "sorted". Isherwood, of Thompson Drive, Bury, pleaded guilty to harassment.
Defending, Mr Joseph Foxler admitted that his client had drink problems and had also been taking anti-depressants.
The case was adjourned until June 14 for pre-sentence reports. Conditional bail was granted.
