I HAVE only met Arnold Davenport once, but he came over as a man who was very dedicated to what he did.
He obviously loves the land and animals or he would not have made it his life's work. For a man who has spent all his working life doing just this, I think it is grossly unfair that he can be treated like this, just for the sake of a golf club.
I thought we lived in a democratic country, where people were entitled to have their say, but as far as I can see the only people who have a say in anything are those with the money.
But maybe some voices will still be heard. So I say "Good Luck, Arnold, and all the best", some people (a lot of people) are on your side.
