AN asylum seeker from Iran who has lived in England for 18 months was banned from driving for six months by Bolton magistrates for driving without a licence or test certificate, and without due care and attention.
Reza Rafat Mah, aged 31, of Turks Road, Radcliffe, who pleaded guilty, was also fined £100 with £35 costs.
