DETECTIVES have charged a Liverpool 18-year-old in connection with a street attack in which a 27-year-old had his hand chopped off with a Samurai sword.
Shaun Alexander Campbell, of Bangor Street, Kirkdale, will appear before city magistrates charged with affray, wounding and conspiracy to wound.
The attack took place following an alleged row in a Chinese restaurant.
