ONE of the area's finest venues has announced its latest, long list of entertainment.
Park Hall Hotel, in Charnock Richard, near Chorley, has it all.
From an authentic medieval baronial hall where hungry guests can tuck into a fabulous five-course feast served by fire eaters, to tribute bands so good you'll be fooled into thinking you're hearing the genuine article!
And over the next six months ten of the greatest acts the Park Hotel has ever played host to will be descending on Chorley.
First up, on Saturday, May 25, is Abba Dreams, reliving the magical world of the seventies, when flares and sequins were high fashion.
The night is a dream come true for Abba fans, with all the hits performed, from Dancing Queen to Super Trouper and Winner Takes it All.
Then world-class tributes to famous singers including Madonna, Elton John, the Bee Gees and Robbie Williams will be on hand over the coming weeks to keep you entertained.
Back by popular demand on Saturday, July 6, is Stayin' Alive, a Bee Gees tribute. The unique tribute show celebrates 30 years of the famous group, covering all the hits from Tragedy to Saturday Night Fever.
Nobody joining in the fun at one of the hotel's Cabaret Nights will be disappointed -- Park Hall lives up to its reputation as one of the North West's premier entertainment venues.
And why not stay for the night? Park Hall offers luxurious en suite rooms for an unbeatable price, and plenty of high class facilities.
The hotel has its own health and fitness club, complete with swimming pool, sauna and spa, and an air conditioned, computerised gym.
Carol Tenby, spokesman for the hotel, said: "There's something here for everyone.
"We have only the very best tribute artists at Park Hall. They come with their own bands, and often sound more like the artists then the artists themselves!" For details, call 01257 455000.
