MEN and women dressed as priests hit North-west towns today as part of a campaign to promote rail services.
The Rail Passenger Partnership is leafleting people in East Lancashire on new Sunday services connecting them to Manchester from June 2.
The "hit squad" will be covering Clitheroe, Blackburn, Darwen, Colne, Nelson, Burnley and Accrington.
It is hoped the new timetable, with better night services, will improve access to the Commonwealth Games.
