REGIONAL public transport operator First has announced a full schedule of late night bus and train services that will operate throughout the forthcoming Manchester 2002 Commonwealth Games.
Late night buses will operate every night from Thursday, July 25, to Sunday, August 4, on routes linking Manchester with Bolton, Bury, Cadishead, Peel Green, Oldham, Lees, Leigh, Little Hulton and Rochdale.
One-hundred-and-fifty train services will also be running to transport passengers to and from venues situated in Manchester city centre and also to and from Horwich Parkway, for the Bolton Arena and Rivington.
