LANCASHIRE Road Club's 'supervet' Frank Kerry continued his excellent run of form with second 'vet on standard' in the Merseyside Wheelers 25 mile time trial.
This was Frank's 12th award in 10 races this season, his time of 1:1:46 beaten by only a much younger veteran rider. In the same event, Paul Shaliker proved that he is just as fast on flat courses as he is in hilly event by posting a time of 59:42. Alex Munro finished with a time of 1:9:17 LRC club runs will continue throughout the comming months with clubrunners normally meeting outside the Royal Oak pub on Tonge Moor Road at 09:00 on Sunday mornings.
The ride on June 2nd will be a "Park 'n' Ride" event around Derbyshire & Cheshire. LRC's regular club runners will be meeting at The Dixon Arms, Chelford at 9:30am.
