A DIRECTOR of a home improvements business that failed with debts estimated at more than £76,500 has given an undertaking not to hold directorships or take any part in company management for six years.
The undertaking by Sydney Pearson, of Warner Street, Haslingden, was given in respect of his conduct as a director of T & C Home Improvements Ltd, which carried on trading as an installer of windows and doors from premises at Bury Business Centre, Kay Street, Bury. The acceptance of the undertaking prevents Mr Pearson from being a director of a company. The company went into liquidation in April 2000, with an estimated £76,752 owed to creditors.
