TEDDY Sheringham is the TV pundits' favourite to play in England's vital clash with Argentina on Friday lunchtime.
But reports from Japan have suggested that Kieran Dyer will get the nod instead, with Darius Vassell, possibly England's only success story in the draw with Sweden, facing the axe.

But it appears Emile Heskey will get a front-running role alongside team-mate Michael Owen, with Dyer taking over on the left.
