Farnworth Town Hall houses a Community Room and meetings room, and can be accessed by a separate entrance at the rear. Other facilities available include a kitchen refreshment area and toilets. Carnegie Hall is located on the first floor, and is accessible by a lift or stairs. The Hall contains a licensed bar and kitchen area. Other facilities include ground floor toilets and a disabled toilet; these are shared with the Library. There is ample parking nearby.

This centre houses a main hall with adjacent meeting room equipped with sliding partition door. There is also a separate upstairs meeting room.
