A WOMAN arrested in connection with a domestic incident in Bolton has been released without charge.
The 37-year-old was questioned by police yesterday after they were called to a house in Nandywell, Little Lever.
Police said she was arrested after neighbours reported an alleged assault and called 999 at about 2.20am. A 37-year-old man was taken to the Royal Bolton Hospital with head and spinal injuries.
Police today said he was in a stable condition and his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening. The man and the woman have not been named.
