A SUCCESSFUL scheme to help primary school children discuss issues such as racism and disability is to be adopted across the country.
More than 200 pupils at Westwood Primary School, Oldham, are among those who have been working on the Heartstone Project.
It uses a storybook format, following the adventures of an Indian dancer and her friendly mice.
Head teacher Catherine Knight says the project has proved to be invaluable.
