TWO men have been charged in connection with the discovery of bars of chocolate, worth £47,000, and biscuits, valued at £15,000, found inside a suspected stolen lorry in a Bolton garage.
Police were called to Stewart Street, Halliwell, at 2.25am yesterday morning after suspicious neighbours dialled 999. The lorry and trailer, worth an estimated £68,000, had allegedly been stolen from an industrial unit in Formby near Southport.
