THIEVES keep taking a tearful toddler's play things from her mother's back garden.
First they stole Courtney Holden's see-saw. Then they stole her slide.
They lifted the bulky toys over a six-foot garden wall in the middle of the night before carrying them away.
And Courtney's mother Joanne says she will not replace her daughter's presents because she fears they will be stolen again.
She said: "It's very disheartening. I can't believe people are so uncaring that they would steal from a two-year-old."
Courtney's see-saw was taken from the family home in Tonge Moor Road five weeks ago and when her slide was taken this week it was the final straw.
Her father Shaun has already had a bicycle stolen. The slide was a birthday present from Courtney's auntie Cath.
Mrs Holden said: "The sad thing is that who ever stole my daughter's things would have probably only got a few pounds for them if they had sold them."
"They're not worth a lot of money, but they meant so much to Courtney. She used the see-saw and the slide every day.
"I'm not going to replace them because somebody will only come along and steel them again. It's just not fair."
