A BBC television documentary team is looking for workers who are serious about making a career change.
People who have been in a profession for six years or more will be given expert advice on how to make a switch to something else.
The programme, provisionally titled "Apply Immediately," is scheduled to be broadcast on BBC2. A spokeswoman said volunteers would be helped to develop the skills and attitudes they needed to get the jobs they wanted.
She said: "Participants will meet a series of experts who will coach them in the areas they feel most vulnerable. The focus is on transferable skills -- what is learned in one job can be applied in a different job in some quite surprising ways."
If you would like to be considered as a participant, call 0207 861 8085 or e-mail: applyimmediately@talkback.co.uk
Selected individuals could be people who have put off real career ambitions for too long or be stuck in a rut, looking for a different work culture, or feel they are not making the most of their skills and talents.
She added: "Changing career late in your professional life brings tough dilemmas.
