A CAMPAIGNING group aims to combat sweatshop labour around the world through events around the Commonwealth Games.
The No Sweat campaign intends to draw attention to sweatshop labour through rallys, a march and leafleting.
Campaign organiser Mick Duncan said: "Our campaign isn't attacking the Games, or sport -- it's about exposing the practices of firms who use sport and sporting events to make millions while paying next to nothing to the workers who make the products."
Dates include; July 27 Between Noon and 2pm there will be leafleting and a stall in St Anne's Square, Manchester following by street theatre.
July 3; a rally at Friends Meeting House, Mount Street,.
August 3; March and rally in support of sweatshop workers around the world.
