A MAN arrested after an early morning row with his former girlfriend has been bound over to keep the peace for the next 12 months.
Callum Balderstone, aged 21, was held overnight in police cells after officers were called to an address in Whitefield.
Bury magistrates heard that Balderstone was being verbally abusive, and when he refused to move on he was arrested.
Balderstone of Hough Walk, Lower Broughton, Salford, admitted causing a breach of the peace. He was bound over in the sum of £100 for a year.
