CALLING all Bolton schools. Time is running out for the chance to win a fantastic prize -- £1,000 worth of super computer software.
With the school holidays almost here, this is the ideal competition to keep the children occupied and when they are back for the new term, they will benefit from this great prize.
The Bolton Evening News in conjunction with GSP and Dorling Kindersley are running the easy to enter promotion -- all youngsters have to do is collect tokens published in the Bolton Evening News from Monday, July 15 to September 7.
The school that collects the most tokens, will win the £1,000 in software. And to help pupils keep track of their tokens, the Bolton Evening News will supply collection cards each holding up to 50 tokens.
There are two prizes to be won, one for the top primary school and one for the top secondary school.
The competition is open to all 127 schools in the area who have all been sent registration forms and information packs. The registration forms should be sent back to the Bolton Evening News as soon as possible. Send them to Summer Software Promotion, Promotions Department, Bolton Evening News, Churchgate, Bolton, BL1 1DE.
Each school that sends back a completed registration form and takes part in the competition will receive a voucher at the end of the promotion enabling the school to claim up to three free pieces of software from a selected list.
And all schools will be given the opportunity to purchase further pieces of software at greatly reduced prices.
