A BOY aged seven was recovering in hospital today after suffering a head injury when he was involved in a collision with a car.
The boy, from Bolton, was injured in the incident with a Vauxhall Astra on the car park of the Crofter's Arms public house in Bolton Road, Bradshaw, at about 3.45 pm yesterday.
He was taken to the Royal Bolton Hospital and police today described his condition as stable. His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
He has not been named by police.
The motorist -- a 23-year-old woman from Bolton -- was not hurt.
Police said it is believed the youngster may have run into the car's path as it was leaving the car park.
But today, police urged anyone with information to call them on 0161 856 5972.
