WHEN last Thursday I printed a photograph of members of the Anglican Young People's Association dancing at St James's, Waterloo Street, Bolton, in 1950, reader Mrs Marjorie Taylor spotted on it Jean McGovern, who was nursery assistant to Mrs Taylor when she taught at St Matthew's School on Mount Street (near the old cinema).
"I know that Jean has married and had a family, so McGovern is not her name now," says Mrs Taylor. "Over the years I have lost touch with her, but would like to see her again." Well, Jean, it's now up to you. Mrs Taylor is eagerly sitting by her phone (Bolton 842147) waiting to hear from you.
