Yes, that is what you will be doing, skip, skip, skip to the loo, because, for three whole weeks, Horwich public toilets will be closed for a re-fit, so you and I will have to skip all the way here to use a loo.

But if Bolton Council are to close a public toilet -- of which we have only one in this area of Horwich -- don't you think they could open a public toilet that has been closed for God knows how long! The one I refer to is at the Crown, near the car park. If they are to close one, they should open another.

So where are all the shoppers that come into Horwich who want to spend a penny to go? You tell me.

Why are the council doing the toilets up anyway? They'll be closed for weeks. It's to do with a so-called bike race. Well, why now in the height of the summer? What about a portable toilet?
