THE North's biggest therapy centre for multiple sclerosis patients could close today because the charity which runs it has debts of more than £150,000.
An extraordinary general meeting was due to decide if Northern Friends of Action and Research in MS, in Trafford, will close its doors.
The clinic uses hyperbaric chambers -- the type used by deep sea divers to help ease symptoms of the disease.
If it closes, those with MS will have to go to Leeds or Chester for treatment.
