YOUNGSTERS in Bolton are to get the chance to play the fast growing sport of handball at a good level.
Salford Handball Club, winners of the national Jeff Roland's trophy, are moving to Bolton for better facilities. They have established a junior programme to encourage more youngsters and are also hoping to benefit from the 14 schools which already play the sport. Professional coaches train the players free of charge and sessions are to be held at Smithills Sports Centre on Saturdays at 4pm until 6pm from July 27.
