THE Oxford Grove Residents' Association is not as great as their leader, Jack Sinclair, would have you believe.

I live in the same street as him and, for years, we have suffered with dangerous double parking. Some cars even park side by side outside his house.

At night the street is gridlocked. This problem was highlighted recently in the Bolton Evening News when an emergency vehicle, not for the first time, was unable to get to the household in trouble.

So what makes Jack Sinclair think he can sort out the troubles of the neighbourhood, when he can't even sort out a potentially lethal situation on his own doorstep?
