BOLTON motorcyclist Andrew Eite overcame two setbacks to produce the goods in the International Classic Series in front of more than 100,000 spectators that had turned up for the British Grand Prix event at Donnington Park.
He started 12th on the grid in the first race but had to retire when the front brakes failed on his ER"eeley bike.
In the second race the Egerton rider had better fortunes despite being hit from behind and hung on for a creditable fifth spot.
