A MAN charged with possessing an offensive weapon had the charges against him dismissed.
Ali Shaddell, aged 24, of Cawdor Street, Farnworth, was charged with carrying a baseball bat in public on May 26, but at Bolton Magistrates Court the prosecution dropped the charges.
