GUDNI Bergsson is set to sign on for Wanderers for another season, according to the official Wanderers website.
Bergsson, on Wanderers' three-match tour of Italy, where they beat Bormio 13-0 in a friendly on Sunday, has had successful talks with manager Sam Allardyce.
The influential Bergsson's contribution to the Wanderers cause is considered vital, despite his attempts to retire to pursue a legal career in his home country, Iceland.
