FAST Fillies were quick off the mark in the Bolton Evening News Naps competition with a 14-1 winner that lifts them into second place.
Bon Marche's narrow win in the 4.50 at Newmarket puts Fast Fillies just seven points behind leaders Caught Napping, who have been having a fruitless time of late.
Stick It Up Amec also backed Bon Marche and moved up to 11th place.
There were 17 winning teams this week with Frosty Welcome (10-1) which dead-heated the 3.15 at Newmarket with Marani (6-1), earning full points for Morrisons Marvels and Tonge Optimists.
Top winning bets each week have been Falcon Hill at 11-1, Snow Shoes and Bindaree at 20-1, Florentine Flutter at 8-1, The Judge 12-1, Sarangani at a massive 33-1, Rock of Gibraltar 9-1 and Barrantes, again a big winner at 33-1, Hideaway Heroine 16-1, Just James at 20-1, 10-1 shot CD Flyer, Rudi's Pet at 16-1, Bond Boy 14-1, Capricho 20-1, Tedburrow 11-1, 40-1 shot Sun Bird, 25-1 Maycocks Bayand now 14-1 Bon Marche.
Two hundred teams are taking part in the Anthony Axford sponsored competition, with a first prize of £500 to the winners.
