SANKEY'S Soap, Jersey Street, Manchester, always seems to be getting giddy about some birthday or other, but on this occasion it is the club itself that is blowing out the candles, making a wish and celebrating being a whopping eight years old.
So it is an ideal excuse for a big night out (not that the Tribal Sessions regulars ever really need an excuse to party) and some pretty impressive guest DJs will be turning up.
Catch Detroit techno pioneer Derrick May and DJ, remixer and spouse to Sarah Cox, Jon Carter, who will be joining resident Greg Vickers in spinning some progressive house to get the party started.
