ORGANISERS said there were a record number of exhibitors at this year's Royal Lancashire Show, which started today.
The three-day event, organised by the Royal Lancashire Agricultural Society, is being held in Astley Park, Chorley, and features 350 trade stands. Other attractions include showjumping, animal classes and the Royal Signals Motorcycle Display Team. The show was cancelled last year because of the foot and mouth crisis.
