BOLTON residents are pleased with their ambulance service, according to the Commission for Health Improvement report.
It said the Greater Manchester Ambulance Service NHS Trust (GMAS) had improved the way it reports incidents and handles complaints.
But it said communication needs to be improve among workers and said the trust also needs to develop the way it engages patients and the wider public.
