EAGLEY Sports got back to winning ways in a match which seemed all over before the end of the first half.
Dreams and Drapes had other ideas as they re-grouped and outscored Eagley in the next period.
The final whistle came moments too soon for Dreams with the score 15-14 against them. Although fielding only six players, Higsons incredibly almost pulled off a much-needed victory against St Bonifaces.
After 20 minutes they were just one goal adrift. It took all St Bonifaces' ingenuity to take the lead in the final minutes. Chorley Raiders, another team playing one short, achieved what Higsons dreamed of and came back from three down to win by a margin of eight goals.
BUPA A could only wonder what had hit them in a lively second half.
