CAMPAIGNERS lobbying for an Afghan couple to be allowed asylum in Britain were due to go to London today.
Supporters of Farid and Feriba Ahmadi, of Old Trafford, were to gather outside the offices of immigration minister Beverley Hughes.
The couple were arrested two days ago in a dawn raid at a mosque in Stourbridge, West Midlands. They are currently in a detention centre near Heathrow Airport.
