TOURIST Minister Kim Howells is due to see two North-west seaside towns. The visit to Blackpool and Southport is part of his national tour of coastal resorts to see their problems and what progress they are making in attracting tourists.
Dr Howells wants to hear about the towns' plans to attract more visitors. He will see the progress the resorts are making and the problems they face.
During his tour of Blackpool he will visit Ribby Village and the town's Pleasure Beach.
