A MAN was rescued from his roof after he tried to repair a satellite TV aerial.
Fire crews were called to Coniston Avenue, Little Hulton, after the 40-year-old man climbed up to do the work at around 12.30pm yesterday.
A fire brigade spokesman said the man panicked and was unable to climb down.
The man was helped down by two firefighters from Farnworth fire station. He was not injured.
