I N reply to David Wolfendale's letter on July 31.
Here's another person that can't follow simple instructions: ie there's a yellow information sticker on his bin and everybody else's bin to inform them that their bin should be available and at the edge of their property from 7.30am on the day of collection, not 9am as in his case.
He really hasn't got any justified cause for complaint. Everybody else in his street had their bin emptied. I have to have my bin out for 7.30am, so why is he trying to get a privileged service?
Does he just want to waste more council money and resources so he can have a lie-in, then complain when he doesn't follow simple instructions? My binmen are excellent and do a great job, come rain or snow.
From a happy chappy
