THE Queen is today continuing her Golden Jubilee tour with visits to Preston and Carlisle.
After attending the closing ceremony of the Manchester Commonwealth Games last night, the Queen travelled to Preston on the Royal Train with the Duke of Edinburgh.
The royal couple are staging a walkabout and watching a presentation in the Preston Centre before attending a reception at Guild Hall.
Later, it is back on the train to Carlisle, Cumbria and a second walkabout in Court Square.
The Queen and Philip are then walking from Tullie House to Carlisle Castle for a Jubilee garden party.
Tonight the Queen is due in Edinburgh for the Military Tattoo at Edinburgh Castle.
