A SELF-employed builder has been banned from driving for 12 months after a Bury court found him guilty of drink driving.
Kenneth Donald, of Glebelands Road, Prestwich, was also fined £200 with £55 costs. Bury magistrates were told that a roadside breath test found 57 micrograms of alcohol in 100 litres of Donald's breath. The legal limit is 35.
Nichola Docker, prosecuting, said a police officer saw a vehicle pulling away from the Church Institute in Prestwich and was pulled over on Rectory Lane in the town.
