IF you have been listening to my show this week (and if not, why not?) you will already know that we have more good 'Feel The Noise' news - namely that chart-topping trio The Sugababes will be joining Pop Idol's Gareth Gates at the Key 103 festival on July 19.
They've been off the scene for a little while, but now they're back with the brilliant bootleg, Freak Like Me, and a new member, Heide Range, who I caught up with this week and found that the Liverpool lass is really down to earth, despite her first single with the band going straight in at number one!
As if all that wasn't enough to tempt you, Feel The Noise will also feature Aurora and 3SL. The latter are, of course, the trio of likely lads who already have a firm foundation in the music biz, as their manager is also their sister and ex-Steps superstar Lisa Scott Lee!
As well as keeping her siblings under control, Lisa is about to launch her own solo career and - fact fans - is engaged to Hear'Say's newest recruit, Johnny Shentall.
Which brings me (in a very convenient link) back to Liberty X, of Pop Stars fame.
I recently spoke to Michelle from the band, who told me about their high hopes for their funky new single, Just A Little, and the busy summer they have planned, appearing at plenty of concerts, including, yup you guessed it, our very own Feel The Noise.
Phew, I need a lie down after all that celebrity news -- but before I go I should remind you that I am back in the fair city of Bolton next Friday, where you can catch me playing all your favourites at Ikon.
Or, if you just can't get enough music news, then tune into this column next week for the next exciting instalment . . .
